This is a joyful bird with a bright blue breast of Sleeping Beauty Turquoise nestled in a little forged sterling body and above a fan of graceful tail feathers. Two layers of hand-textured sterling silver wings articulate (move!) depending upon the length of the chain and the wearer. The sterling silver chain with hand-forged snake clasp can adjust to multiple lengths. A baby hand-formed feather hangs from the chain to trickle down your back. The backside of bird is finished with textured moons, Metalstory logo and my maker's initials. A wearable piece of art to enjoy forever and pass along.
